In this approach, we integrate psychological and physiological aspects to promote health and well-being, encouraging you to let go of unhealthy thoughts and habbits. PROGRAMS
Coaching is a continuous exploration, which usually lasts between 3 and 6 months. However, as we are all different and there is no universal formula, together we will create a plan that works for you.

To help you implement what we discuss, you can chose to add on cooking workshops to any of your programs.
