WHAT IS HOLISTIC NUTRITION COACHING?

 

Holistic Nutrition coaching is a path to understanding our complex relationship with food as well as with our body. In this approach, we integrate psychological and physiological aspects to promote health and well-being, encouraging you to let go of self-harming thoughts and emotions. Learn what way of eating is right for you and embrace a kind and balanced way of nourishing yourself.

WHO CAN BENEFIT?

 

Do you often experience discomfort when you look in the mirror? Have you been feeding a narrative of self-criticism in relation to your most precious asset, your body? Do you feel like your food choices contribute to your feeling unwell both physically and emotionally?

Fluctuations in health and well-being can many times be directly linked to our nutrition, to our thoughts and emotions and to our lifestyle choices. This method aids people facing concerns such as:

  • Mood, Anxiety and Irritability

  • Stress, Energy and Fatigue

  • Brain fog and mental clarity

  • Digestive issues and bloating

  • Binge Eating, Emotional Eating

  • Self-Image challenges & Negative Body Image

  • General confusion around nutrition, healthy habits and food choices

In this supportive and non-judgmental environment, we explore holistic practices and mindfulness tools to contribute to better health in a program uniquely adapted to each person.

PROGRAMS

Coaching is a continuous exploration, which usually lasts between 3 and 6 months. However, as we are all different and there is no universal formula, together we will create a plan that works for you.

To help you implement what we discuss, you can chose to add on cooking workshops to any of your programs.
